I buy most of my kitchen items from amazon.com. ice cream maker – I have the bowl attachment for my kitchenaid, as well as a cuisinart. I like having both as I can make a simple vanilla base and mix in two different types of ad-ins. or sometimes just make a double batch!
baking sheets – these are paula deen – I received mine as a shower gift and like that they hide any discolorations. any baking sheet will work fine. the ‘jelly roll’ pans are great because you don’t have to worry about your cookies sliding off!
silpat mats
candy thermometer – my preference in the Taylor brand classic candy thermometer. it is sturdy and accurate.
